Its over but its not yet over!
Kids Camp was really fun, hectic, and loads of mixed feelings. There were a lot of 1st time(s) for me. For example, it was the first time I was a programmer for the whole camp, first time I was a MC for a big event, first time being so busy. Really lots of 1st time.
A short introduce about this camp. Its a 3 days and 2 nights camp but yet, it seems that time really passed very fast. Then we actually stayed a day before.

Prelude to the camp (Overnight stay to help): It was a Sunday morning and went to church as usual for Service, that day I was the pianist for the afternoon service. Then went back home to get change and took my luggage. Quite a big one though. Reached church again at 2:00pm, then taught Priscilla and Jia Hui piano cuz it was part of the music camp. Then we have a briefing at 5:30pm or rather a short intro by Pastor Oh for the Kids Camp Activity--Messages in the booklet. Then it ended about 7:00pm. Dinnered. Then I thought only a few people will help up in the prelude of the kids camp (helping out and etc.) and stayed overnight, then I was wrong. Wayne, Sze Hui, Yi Cheng, Kang Wei, Vivian, Andryl, Jordan, Zi Fang, Zhong Ying, Xin Yee and Priscilla all came. Wei Lin and Wen Wei came too, but they did not stay overnight. See, God is so nice right! Touched their hearts to do a final touch up of the camp. Then I was there like busy like hell, printing things. Wayne was busy too. So the two of us were like mad dogs rushing up and down de. Then stayed overnight and when all are sleeping, me, Vivian, Priscilla, Andryl and Jordan went Jurong Lake Park walk walk, then i remembered that i felt tired there then slept on the jetty. Then nearly rolled down the lake, luckily Andryl pulled me up, really wanna thank him profusely :) Then went back and slept for the last 2 hours.
Day 1: Woke up at 7:15am and get ready to work le. Parents brought their kids here from 7:15am to 9:00am. So I was like damn busy. Then the opening ceremony and the sermon by a speaker. Then Amazing Race @ Jurong Lake Park (JCC edition) started at 2:30pm sharp. Briefed my Station Masters(En Ci, Priscilla, Gloria, Wei Lin & Xin Yee) then we quickly set off. Everybody was like damn tired de lo. Sorry guys let you all walk so far. Long distance some more. Especially my station (jetty), super far. Sorry :) Anyway, I thought it will rain as the weather forecast says that there will be a storm coming. Then everyone was like worry la, but for me diff leh, dun know why also. I was like so relax de, saying that if God wants rain then we also cannot do anything. So jsut pray lo, no point worry. So thats why in the hecticness, I was like still smiling almost all the time de lo. And also like very relax. Anyway, rest, bathed, sing songs then the I-Pod Mania. This game is about testing them languages. i thought it was nice but not suitable for very small kids. Nevermind, debrief at 10:30pm till 12:30am. Dun believe what Wayne said, 45 mins, it does not look like 45 mins. Haha :)
Day 2: Morning the same. Then came the Wow came. Abit crop up, some miscommunications. but everything went fine except the rain. i thought it was a relief when Wan Xian came back from her illness and help and helped her group to top the chart. Her group is 节制 with Zi Fang and Andryl, they crawled back from last place to 1st currently. Seriously, what a come back :) Wan Xian the heroin :) haha, jkjk...Anyway, we have the Talent Nite 2009 (JCC edition), this is a very important night as parents came and watched their skits and songs. It was nice :) Being the Emcee for that night was a really really tiring and challenging task for me. Cuz it was the first time and also I have to lead the Praise & Worship session for the 1st time too on stage in front of so many people de. Everything ended as planned, thanks God. Also wanna thanked the 3 panels, Pastress Chung (haha, not sure of any shortcuts for pastor's wife), Shao Sung and Jian Cheng for their presence. And after the event a few parents allowed their kids to come for tuition outreach on Sunday, Praise the Lord :) Then after the whole thing debrief again and i stayed up late to play pes 2010 with jordan, pwned him..hahaha :)But he improved quite alot :)
Day 3:
节制 really pwned everyone in the scoreboards. It was a great moment for them as their morale was super low having came the lowest in the 1st day with a difference of more than 100 points between the lst and 4th team. And they pwned everyone in the bible game. Then i hosted the prize presentation ceremony. It was tiring also. Haha :) Break camp then went off to clean up rooms and then went home :) Home Sweet Home :D
i thought we must praise the Lord for his wondefulness. If not for Him, we would have much more difficulties then. Also there are a lot of first times for me.
1) Programmer for Camp (didn't know it would be so hectic)
2) 1st time take Praise & Worship session in front of so many ppl on the stage.
3) 1st time host Talent Night
4) 1st time be the emcee for Prize Presentation
5) 1st time be station master
6) 1st time be Secretary
But thank God for giving me a chance to do something for him again. I really gained a lot of experiences in this camp. I really love kids alot, they are very cheerful :) And i think somehow i like to speak out as i am very outspoken, thats wad many ppl think abt me also :)
And inside the camp kena scandal...haha...dun wanna say, damn funny :) Will upload the pics asap :)
Anyway, once again, thank God for his wonderful works :)
